The blanket I received was nothing like it was advertised the colour didn't match and the blanket was also a thinner and cheaply made plus they say there Australian owned and based but that's a total lie as my blanket came from China and took awhile to come and barely got tracking info I would also like to add that everything is always on sale and never ends I was promised that my blanket was going to come with a free eye mask as they promised and advertised on there website but I never got the eye mask and was told they don't do that anymore but it still promises and comes up when ordering the blanket
the customer service is also horrible and not caring and understanding at all please do not buy from them
They never even sent the doona, first time I questioned it they said sorry and it is now sent (but never provided tracking), still never received. questioned it again and they refused to get back to me. I then became concerned because I received an envelope in the mail from them with sleep patches in it, I was thinking, maybe they send this to make it look like the doona was sent. So I put a claim in with my bank, funny how quick they responded once I did that. I received my refund immediately. DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT BUY.
Product definitely not as photo shopped in the photos upon advertising. Reasonable quality but overpriced, better buying locally in Australia at Adairs. That way, you're assured in quality. The delivery service is pathetic, I ordered 5 Donna's and received one at a time, which took an entire 36 days to receive all. Customer service very poor, this is China at it's very best.
The BEST blanket I own so far!! Perfect for the colder weather!! Absolutely love it!! I might even be looking at getting everyone else in the house one of these soon too! :)
