After suffering with insomnia for many years and using a variety of mediums my solution finally came in the form of a very comfortable band. Instead of keeping my husband awake listening to various apps or waking with the entire side of my head aching from falling asleep with my earbuds in my ears I can now fall asleep in comfort. The soundsleeep band is by far the most comfortable way to listen to just about anything without damaging your ear canals. The sound is fantastic and bonus, it keeps the light out! I have never been happier! I’ve even bought my husband his own! All I can say is thank you Dreamsleep!!!
As a lifelong insomniac, I've started using these to listen to books, music and sleep apps. I was worried about comfort, because I'm very Princess-and-the-Pea; everything bothers me when I'm trying to sleep. But these are much more comfortable than I thought they'd be - they're very soft, and they don't put any pressure on my head - I forget I'm wearing them. They also don't mess up my hair. The sound is great, and they were very easy to sync to my iPhone's Bluetooth. I couldn't have asked for anything better! THANKYOU DREAMSLEEP AND SOUNDSLEEP BAND!!
My hubby & I have been working on losing weight. We've been going on walks daily! Walking without music is so boring! I have the in ear headphones but they hurt my ears after 10 minutes. When I walk I always wear a band to hold my hair... Now I have a headband and music all in one - this is the best purchase I've ever made! I love that I can move around & dance while walking around without pulling cords in my pockets and you can't even tell its there. If you are looking for a great Bluetooth headband, this is the one you want!!
I absolutely LOVE using my SoundSleep Band. White noise is my LIFE. I ruin headphones so much from trying to sleep with them on, and I get ear infections too. It's so incredibly gross and unhealthy, but I didn't really have any other way. I randomly saw an ad for this on Facebook and fell in love. Its comfortable, and it has nice breathable fabric. I was honestly impressed by the sound quality given what it was. I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but it's very good! I've only had this thing for a few days but it's already making my life better. TAKE CARE OF YOUR EARS!! BUY SOUNDSLEEP!!
I discovered Soundsleep band after breaking 2 sets of earbuds just by sleeping in them. I fall asleep wearing this every night - I don't go without them. It is super comfortable, especially after using it for a little while to loosen up the band. Love that you can even tug it down over your eyes to block light if needed. It has a long battery life; I need to charge it about once a week, and even then, it charges quickly. Shipping was super fast to Melbourne. 5/5 stars, Thanks Dreamsleep
Me and my girlfriend use this every single night to help us sleep. I love listening to calm sleep stories & brain.fm sleep sounds. My sleep has been improved significantly! Shipping was to quick to Brisbane. Buying another one as a xmas gift!
These are so comfortable and easy to sync. I listen to audiobooks at night and they are perfect for listening. I always wear them in bed and falling asleep with them on. I have big headphones, but can't lay down and enjoy. Perfect for sleeping or working out! Comfortable, stay in place, & easy to use!
I was skeptical that this would work. My husband snores and RUINS vacations with his snoring! This enabled me to sleep through the night with minimal interruption from his snoring. Highly recommend .
I wanted to surprise my partner with a nice pair of either conduction headphones or a comfortable headband-type of adjustable headphone that would be suitable for lying down and watching movies (they like to watch movies at night while I'm asleep) - and I opted for the latter due to cost and design. My partner LOVES these headphones. They describe the sound quality as crystal clear. The headband design lets you lie down and turn over on either side or your back or stomach and not have to worry about snagging an obstructive headphone cable or have an earbud fall out of your ear. This easily solves those issues. The battery life is also surprisingly long considering the overall size of the device/battery itself (the pamphlet included gives an approximate usage time per charge but it lasts a bit longer than just that amount of time). Overall great product highly reccommend
I don’t usually write reviews due to my busy schedule, but I had to this time because my life turned 180 after I bought this product. I’ve been an insomniac for years and usually go to sleep listening to a sleepcast, guided meditation, brown noise or delta brain waves, but my poor ears would always get sore the next day for overusing earbuds, sleeping with headphones was not really an option until I found these! This SoundSleep Band has been a game changer for me. My ears are so grateful for not being sore anymore and I can finally sleep peacefully every night! 🥰😴 I’m sooo happy with these I had to share with all my podcast listeners! Super recommend!
I mostly use this band for yoga, fitness and playing tennis - and I absoltely love it. Keeps the hair out of my face, functions as earphones and doesnt get smelly. I got sick of tangling earphones or expensive pods that fall out. Highly reccommend this SoundSleep Band.
I love using the Soundsleep for traveling, I use it on every trip I take. It's great on flights.. block out the light & listening to podcasts puts me to sleep so fast on a flight. This is an absolute travel essential. I love it. Bought one as a christmas gift for my mom too.
I wish I had heard of these headphones years ago, best investment ever! I'm never using regular headphones for sleep ever again!

I got this for sleep to because I like watching videos to go to sleep but don't want to disturb my partner. It's comfortable and works well. Kids love to steal it.
I really like this headphone/headband combo. Really comfortable! The sound quality is good and it is great for side sleeping. I also like the color options. The battery lasts all night, and it only takes a little over an hour to charge up.

Love using this to go for morning walks & for my meditation sessions. I use it for sleep sometimes but mostly been using them during the day. Super comfortable & the speakers aren't annoying on my head.
I actually bought it for my mom because she sleeps with my dad who snores every night. So, I felt sorry for her always having to endure the noise while sleeping and bought the soundsleep band for her and guess what she told me, her sleep has never been better. These are so helpful to help me sleep at night. They are very comfortable and you can adjust the headphones so that you almost don’t feel them at all even when lying on your side! Very good price and these will help block out external noise.
I like noise when I sleep. I usually have a fan and a sound machine going. With an trip coming up where I knew I would be sharing a room with multiple people (some who hate any noise) I knew I needed something! These were perfect! So comfortable and the sound was great! I was amazed that no one else could hear it at night! My head didn’t get hot either (added bonus)! Needless to say, it saved us all from sleepless nights!
It is nice and thin and doesn't affect my ability to lay in bed comfortably. If you are someone who watches tv (iPad) as you fall asleep and your spouse needs it to be quiet in the room than this product is for you! I love it and have bought multiple ones.
I love the headband headphones! I workout with them on, sleep with it on, and I even do house chores wearing them. I’d definitely recommend to anyone, and may even buy another pair for a Christmas gift!
My wife sometimes has trouble sleeping, so she tried a sound machine that generates ocean sounds. That worked for her, but kept me awake! So she tried wired sleep headphones, but the wires were bothersome. These wireless sleep headphones were the solution! They are very comfortable, last all night (probably much more), and with no wires they don't affect movements. Best of all, their customer service is amazing. We had a problem with volume after months of use, and the company responded to an email immediately and resolved the issue. Thank you!A related note: our sound machine has no bluetooth output capability, so we purchased an inexpensive bluetooth transmitter (TOKSEL Visible Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter Receiver), connected it to the sound machine, and made the connection from this transmitter to the sleep headphones. Works perfectly!
I ordered these for a 6 week training process where I’m sharing a hotel room with a coworker, and they are great! Drown out her snoring completely, stay on my head all night, and are super comfy! Bluetooth connects super easily, and it charges very fast. Could not recommend these enough!
Love this headset for whenever I wanna hear some music to go to sleep. No more plugs that hurts my ears and makes it impossible to get comfortable. But with this I fall right asleep in a perfect position
The fabric is silky and the tension of the band is perfect for me. The volume control is easy to manage and the Bluetooth connection lasted through the night. I even wear it on my walks and working in the garden.
This is my second pair as my first headphones has gone missing. I listen to ASMR nightly and they make a great addition!

I love these headphones. I tug them down over my eyes to give me an even darker sleep experience.They are super easy to use. I have even taken them on car trips and they really help to block out road noise and natural light when trying to sleep.

Doesn’t block any noise. I can still hear everything as clear as day. The speakers sit at the back of the side of my head. They must create this sleep band for giants. My husband is Australian and even on him the speakers sit behind his ears and not on his ears. Very disappointed.

If your upstairs neighbor has ever said "I'm sorry you think my TV is too loud..." then you need these. I have placed sound absorbing panels on my ceiling, sleep with a fan on and used to wear regular headphones to bed but started getting ear aches. This was the last item I needed to finally not hear their TV. Literally, it's so loud that even with the fan akd music on it would wake me up at night.When you put them on they aren't that loud but when you sleep and lay on the foam pads it gets louder so it ends up being perfect.It also uses the same charging cord as an android so if you're into those, that's cool too.It's comfortable, soft and absolutely worth checking out if you're trying to get a good night's rest.Also, your phone alarm will play through the speakers so don't worry about not hearing it!
I am an avid lucid dreamer and use special tones to meditate with.This headband/ headphones combination is a complete game changer. Before I was never able to roll over onto my side with headphones in but with the comfort and design of these flat headphones can not feel them digging into my head and barley notice them there at all.Great product, great design, top level comfort, good sound quality!
